Camp Registration

NEW Registration Website for 2025-CampDoc! You can create an account prior to 1/22 by going to this website- it will be the same for registration once it goes live. If you have completed the medical forms for your child for a previous TerpQuest summer through CampDoc, you do not need to create a new account. Prior to registering for camp, please review the sections below for more information on camp dates, the registration process, and payment/refund information.
Please email terpquest@umd.edu with all registration-related inquiries. All registrations must be completed online, we cannot process registrations via email or in person.

Camp Doc registration instructions to come...
For TQ Day Camp only: If your camper needs to arrive earlier or be picked up later than the traditional camp hours, we have two options for extended day camp:
Before and After Care
- Available Monday - Friday
- Before Care: 7:30 am - 8:30 am ($35/week per child)
- After Care: 4:30 pm - 5:30 pm ($35/week per child)
- Children will be supervised and will have the opportunity to participate in unstructured games and activities.
**Please note, late pick-ups after 5:30pm will result in a $10 late fee, plus a $2 per minute fee for every minute, that will be processed upon pick-up**
Before beginning registration, please make sure you have explored all camp details and read about the TQ Experience.
New for Summer 2025 - Registration will be processed through CampDoc. To expedite your registration, create an account ahead of time- here.
Note- If your child has attended TerpQuest in the past, the login you used to complete the medical forms will be the same.
You will also need the following information when registering:
- Your child’s age and birthdate
- Grade they will enter in the fall
- The week(s) you wish to participate in Terp Quest. See camp dates above.
- Whether or not you need to register for Morning and/or After Care (extra cost) (TQ Day Camp Only)
- Your child’s T-shirt size
- Your contact information. Be sure to use accurate contact information when setting up an online registration account and to update your information if you have registered for programs with TerpQuest or RecWell previously.
- A method of payment -- VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express. All payments must be processed through the CampDoc website.
- Waitlist
- Each camp week has a limited number of spaces. If a week is full, a parent may choose to put his/her child on the waiting list for the preferred week. Fees are only collected if we are able to accept your child into camp. To be added to the waitlist, you will need to go through the CampDoc registration process and follow the prompts.
- Cancellations & Refunds
- More than 10 business days before the start of camp (June 23rd): In order to be eligible for a full refund of the camp fee paid, LESS the $50 non-refundable registration fee per week of camp, parents must submit a cancellation request more than 10 BUSINESS DAYS prior to the start of camp week.
- 10 days or less prior to the start of camp: Parents/guardians who submit a cancellation request within 10 BUSINESS DAYS prior to the start of camp will receive a 50% refund of the camp fee after the non-refundable registration fee of $50 per week of camp canceled has been deducted.
- After camp has started: No refund will be provided, regardless of the week your child attends
