Meet Our Staff
Day Camp Staff
Terp Quest Day Camp is managed by 3 year-round, full time professional staff who are committed to meeting the needs of Terp Quest campers and their families. In addition, Terp Quest employs approximately 15 counselors each summer which allows us to meet or exceed supervisory ratios of 1 counselor to 10 campers. All head counselors are at least 18 years of age, in college or graduated from college, and have multiple years of experience working with children. Additional camp support staff help out with moving children to and from activities and provide additional supervision as needed. All counselors and support staff undergo state and federal background checks.
Adventure Camp Staff
Terp Quest Adventure Camp is managed by 2 year-round, full time professional staff. In addition seasoned Adventure Trip Leaders and Challenge Course Staff facilitators will serve as counselors for Adventure Camp. All counselors are at least 18 years of age, in college or graduated and undergo state and federal background checks.
