Meet Our Staff

Terp Quest is managed by 3 year-round, full time professional staff who are committed to meeting the needs of Terp Quest campes and their families. In addition, Terp Quest employs a minimum of 15 counselors each summer which allows us to meet or exceed supervisory ratios of 1 counselor to 10 or fewer campers.  All head counselors are at least 18 years of age, in college or graduated from college, and have multiple years of experience working with children.  Additional camp support staff help out with moving children to and from activities and supervision as needed. All counselors and support staff undergo state and federal background checks.
